Great...until you have a problem. We love our sofa and furniture, the quality is lovely and it's exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately the table was damaged on arrival by the delivery service and then the fun begins....trying to get hold of customer service is a nightmare, they incorrectly processed the collection TWICE so our time was completely wasted, with no concrete confirmation we will get a refund besides one line in an email. So if you want decent furniture but don't mind taking a gamble, go for it!

this place is a ripp off, We spent over a thousand euro of our wedding gift money to but a coffee table and a dining room coffe table, the cabinet after a couple of month had one door shrinken, so I sent a complain to the company which in reply they told me to sand it without knowing how bent the door was ( to a point of no return and no sanding could help). I worked for several years for a furniture company and this is a quality problem, because the wood is not aged enough and they did't consider the different humidity of the weather of the place they imported the furniture, serious and quality concerned company always do that and if you have this kind of problem they change it for you. This company is not, don't fall for the store the moment you pay they forgot you are a client and there is no customer service. I wasted my wedding gift in this place and they disregard my complain as well.

Quick service, nice table at a good price

The furniture is wrongly processed The furniture they sell is not well manufactured, but when you buy it you cannot know the quality issues they have from the manufacturing process, the wood is not properly aged and dry so after two months in the house they dry and shrink and change the shape of the cabinet, afterward no door and drawer could properly close anymore, when I wrote to them to complain they told me to sand the furniture, I think they know they have serious quality issues but they just don’t care to help you. The doors are so misshaped that they are open all the time so annoying to see, because the magnet inside the doors doesn’t work anymore because the two end doesn’t meet anymore, this is how misshapen it became. Never again I regret so much the purchase, if you don’t want to buy junk for your house avoid this store. Always be sure the wood is properly dried before use it to make furniture and Dimehouse just don’t i think they import these from south East Asia without any quality check before, the package I receive also have a lot of dirt. I post also the reply they give me coz in the mail they wrote to my wife: Good morning Yue, Thanks for your email. Wood can expand slightly due to the humidity in the room where the cabinet is located. You can optionally sand the door on the side so that it can close again. Mocht je nog vragen hebben, dan horen wij het graag! I think any wood maker would agree with me that this is a serious quality issue and not something a little diy sanding can solve

I've not a very good experience with this company unfortunately. The only good thing was the communication. I ordered a Bistro Table which was delivered in two separated packages. Unfortunately the table-top was broken in half. Not strange, as it was really horrible packaged. Also, the table-stand was damaged because of poor packaging. The screws were in a small package/bag which obviously got opened/damaged and all started to fly within the package which damaged the paint of the table. After 5 weeks I finally received my new table-top and it was again poor packaged. It was one thing fortunately, but also a big scratch on the top layer. I would not recommend ordering at this company. I give two stars for the good communication with Debbie.
