Loungeset.nl has unilaterally canceled the order immediately after payment and without informing you and has not refunded the money even after a week. Probably their offer is fake to lure payments. The telephone line does not transfer to an employee. There is no response to mail. The only way to get your money back from these crooks is to file a complaint with your bank / credit card etc.

Bad communication. We ordered a garden table. When ordering we were told that we could pay afterwards. It is a hassle, it turns out to be incorrectly informed, so pay and order. On the day of delivery, we hear nothing. We call. Order was not passed. Would be fine. We wait again. We do not hear anything about the new delivery date. We call ourselves again. . Yes would be fine. Wait again. New delivery date a few weeks later we call again. Something with carrier. They don't even bother to inform us. Turns out they can't deliver anyway. We get the money back because we call. That's the positive about it. Therefore the number 1. What a shit. Never again.
