Update: I have since been contacted by customer service who have now done their best to understand the issue and to ensure delivery of part of the sofa within the 5 working days as promised. This is much appreciated. This review would have been much higher, as the young man in the showroom was very helpful. However, the website, helpline and helpdesk are appalling. The lady on the phone (once I finally got through) was extremely rude, cut me off almost immediately, and made absolutely no attempt to help resolve the issue. Similarly, after telling me they couldn't help me, the helpdesk has not reacted to my reply. Basically, they are happy to be helpful until they make a sale. Thereafter, forget it. Also, the furniture in the showroom is not all available on the website, in contrast to what we were explicitly told in the showroom. Very disappointing.

Placed an order because according to the website the item would be delivered within 1-2 working days. However, the desired item is NOT available. Deception! Bad service! order canceled. I would get my money back before Christmas. Unfortunately I will wait after 17 days! still on my money ....

Pay attention!!!! Never order anything here prices on their site are incorrect, if you ordered and paid for this, you will receive an email that the price is higher than stated on the site. and whether you want to pay the rest.
