Bad experience with this company. Especially when it comes to service, customer focus, delivering quality and keeping appointments.
We had Airtex make walls for our business premises. The deadline was not met for agreements about delivery. From excuse 1 to 5 onwards, the walls were placed 5 weeks later. 2 months later, a wall came loose completely. After calling and emailing several times I would be called back. 1 month later and it was not picked up without even saying something, (with the exception of a text message that they were busy).
Now I picked it up myself and let another company do it.
Not a good word for this company.
