Bought an electric bed for almost Euro 5000, one of the engines literally exploded after only 2.5 years. No less than 3 weeks to wait for a response from customer service .. have to follow up again .. Beterbed now wants to charge material costs in full because warranty on engines is only 2 years .. Lousy service and will therefore not advise anyone to purchase an expensive bed here .

Today we visited the store in Weert. Coincidentally, a number of box springs had a "showroom discount". When I saw a nice bed above which a sign with a "50% showroom discount" hung, I wanted to ask an employee exactly how that was with that discount. What followed was very unfriendly and unprofessional in my opinion. - At first I was almost considered crazy by thinking that a box spring could be sold for 750 euros. It was even laughed about. - although the sign with a discount hung above the box spring, the discount applied to the box spring behind it. I said that seems confusing to visitors because that discount hangs above both box springs. I just said this in a friendly way as feedback. But then I was told that I as a customer read how I want to read it. That it is purely up to me and I try to buy a bed for 750 euros and that she has no time for such discussions. She then added that if I were to look for a box spring for 750 euros, I wouldn't find it anywhere. To a question (which I asked kindly) where I wanted to know about the showroom discount and whether a box spring of 1500 euros would cost 750 euros, the staff of Weert cannot provide a normal service. I wasn't even looking for the cheapest bed at all. I just wanted to know about the showroom discount. We also saw a nice bed that we wanted to buy for 2000 euros. But unfortunately we were portrayed by an employee as discussing bargain hunters who wanted to claim a bed for 750 eu. While we were just in the exploratory phase looking for a box spring. Then I got into the car with a lot of confusion and amazement in my head. I had previously expected this bad service from a teenage employee who did not feel like working. Not from a woman over 50. A good employee had simply said, "Sorry about the confusion on the discount sign, it doesn't apply to this bed. Can I help you find a box spring that meets your needs? " It's not that difficult, is it? They lost me as a customer. Of course my in-laws (as a loyal customer) no longer buy anything from Beter Bed.

Very friendly employee. Received good advice on an M-line pillow. Madam really took her time & helped me very well with the choice.
