Excellent pharmacy: knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive. Do not forget that the pharmacy is the only one in the 17,000 inhabitants of the municipality of Beesel, and therefore has many patients and clients. Nevertheless, the employees make few or no mistakes. I always receive my medication on time, and if a medicine is unexpectedly (temporarily) unavailable (temporarily) for some reason, I will be informed by telephone to find an alternative. Long waiting times at the counter used to be, but not anymore. Provides good service. When our mother was unable to collect the medication for private reasons, it was delivered neatly to home. Minor drawbacks: the collection robot for picking up medication outside opening hours. For the one easy, for the elderly and handicapped quite complicated. The pharmacy is also often difficult to reach by phone, especially on Fridays. Fortunately, this pharmacy has long opening hours and the building is easily accessible.

Unfriendly, poor and unsuitable staff. Still no medication after 7 days! The patient has to figure it out.
