Great service and not to expensive. The owners are very helpful and will do everything to find you the best possible kitchen

For the range 5 stars, the price 4 stars, but the communication (7 unanswered e-mails, no call back on call) 1 star. The latter was the deciding factor to buy my kitchen elsewhere in which I have confidence.

June 15 was the day the kitchen was assembled. They wanted to do this in 1 day, started at 8 a.m. and didn't stop until after 11 p.m. As a result, the kitchen is unfinished. Because the tube of the extractor hood goes through the ceiling of the toilet, it has to go back to the kitchen via the meter cupboard. This is in a corner and that is very precise work. Before the men started, one was already grumbling and swearing a lot. When they had to hang this box, they had to drill a hole in it. This has gone in from the outside and therefore there is now damage in the box. The Quooker was not properly connected, there was water in the kitchen sink that same evening. The dishwasher did not work, this is because 2 cables were not properly attached. Because of this we have been without a dishwasher for a month (!). We wanted to extend the side wall of the kitchen to the front of the wall. Despite us being in the house they didn't ask us this and just stuck to it in his way. As a result, they had left a good 1.5 cm between them. Because of this it has not become tight. The wastebasket would end up in the countertop cupboard but this didn't fit. They took it back and a new one would come. The boxes containing the kitchen were in a room that we still had to tackle. This one had red walls to which one engineer said; nice such red walls, lights in it and you're done. I think you should not make this comment to a customer and certainly not to a woman who is alone with the mechanics at that time. Then a lot of comments were made that I didn't have to be home for them. I could go shopping. This didn't feel right and I stayed in the house as long as they were there. There was a gap between the wall cupboards and the ceiling, we wanted to close this with sealant. The technician said they normally wouldn't do this, but if we insisted, they'll do it anyway. He did say that when he had to do it, he couldn't guarantee it would get tight. After the men gathered their tools, we had to sign a form. At first we did not want to do this because the kitchen is not finished. The mechanic knew how to talk that it didn't matter, but that this is proof that the kitchen is in it. Reluctantly we signed which we regretted very much that evening. Gerben visited our home that same week and we discussed the above points + the front of the extractor hood (which had a dent in it). At the beginning of August, the mechanic was to place a cove in the damaged cabinet. It was also agreed that he would install the sockets. He knew nothing about this and had no material / tools with him. He also knew nothing about the other appointments. Then a pipe from the Quooker to the drain fell out. As a result, we had a terrible stench. Out of necessity, we had a bucket in our countertop cupboard from September 19 and taped the hole in the drain pipe for that pipe closed. On November 2 there was only another mechanic. This was a great mechanic who knows what he is doing. He mounted a different front for us, made the side walls to the desired size, the trash can was also finally included and he repaired the pipe that became loose. In the meantime, there has been a kitter who did the kitchen for us. We gave this invoice to the technician and asked Gerben to contact us about how we are going to solve this. The mechanic took pictures of the sealant that could have been done neatly and tightly. Even after that we have had no contact anymore. In between, we have sent a number of e-mails and made phone calls. Every time we were promised things but were not kept. We got the feeling that we were being kept on a leash. And now. At the moment we are still waiting for another front for the extractor hood because this one also has a dent. We don't get to hear anything from Gerben or Norbert. No excuse or anything!
