extensive range, but too much and too often not in stock, which means that as a small company I cannot reach the fairly high order limit for delivery francs in a realistic way and the prices are not so low that the order costs of € 10 ex.

Extensive range, fast customer service, but what I find very disturbing and disproportionate is that € 5 per order line + shipping costs are charged if you want to return a product, for example because you ordered the wrong one. That this stick is used behind the door in case of abuse is fine, but that is not the case here and this is very customer unfriendly and in my case I can throw away 10 ordered products. Read their General Terms and Conditions again on other small print and look for other more customer-friendly wholesalers.

Nice shop with very nice staff, many products A brand heavily discounted 60% packaging damaged and you just need that article, furthermore many organic products such as vegetables, fruit, bread, dairy.
