The contact in the store could not be faulted. After the purchase it turned out that they were not placing. Okay that is why we may have failed ourselves, it was not discussed during the purchase and we naturally assumed it. The kitchen was delivered too late. And a completely different door now almost half a year later, the correct door has not yet been delivered despite repeated contact. We wanted to expand later without equipment with an extremely high global price quotation. Price quotation later in Zwolle. Later it turned out to be half the price. The salesman apparently had little fancy selling. Nice kitchen but poor service.

I bought a kitchen at this store ten years ago. In itself no problem and good service. Now there is, however, and rails of a drawer broken, allowed after ten years. Quickly asked the store to deliver new rails. Now it is starting to stick. It is impossible to know what kind of copy it needs. After submitting the original bill (including specifications) it is still not possible. In the meantime people no longer respond to my emails. That is a pity.

Helped with the purchase of the kitchen. Although the lady in question was looking for the quickest and simplest solution, while alternatives would have been better afterwards. As a kitchen layman, advice is also very nice. We have not received this. A few weeks after the order was confirmed, the kitchen was delivered. We chose to place these ourselves with our contractor. This had already installed dozens of kitchens. We walked from the in to the other obstacle. Points that were not properly measured. Many still have to cut to fit it. I had several telephone contact with the branch in Wolvega, but customer-friendliness is not a top priority for this organization. The pillar to the wall principle. So chose to solve it yourself. Also cables and pipes such as gas pipe are not supplied as standard. They could have reported this in advance. The kitchen is now ready and fortunately nothing can be seen anymore of the cupboards being sawn. But a worthless organization. It is better to buy an Ikea kitchen and choose the white goods yourself than buy a kitchen here.
