Ordered before 5 pm would have been delivered next day .... Now I didn't have much slack until 5 pm but still something. Unfortunately my package did not arrive the next day. Well, fine a day later is also possible ... A day later, my status update has been on since 6.41: out for delivery but there is still no delivery, probably they will deliver it on-going? With a headwind .... and lost ?! Because how else can it take more than 11 hours ??? (Meanwhile, 17.51) Incidentally, there is not sent by postnl at all (what is on the site?) ... Well, I'm not happy in any case, needed it tonight .... A pity, but I will not come back here, they must first switch to another delivery person ...

Made an order on Tuesday. The order was out of stock and Bik and Bik called. A solution was found and this was sent on Wednesday. Today, Thursday, we received the order. Came with UPS from the Netherlands to France. We now know why we have to order something online at Bik-Bik! Chapeau!
