Apart from the extensive range, the ladies and certainly also lord of the location in Heiloo are very helpful and also knowledgeable. They are sociable, but certainly very civilized and always ready to advise. They will not let you go out with unnecessary products, which means that you have confidence in the advice and would like to come back. They remain polite even when people behave inappropriately by, for example, opening up all the jars and bottles to smell them and then not buying them (and who wants to buy an already opened bottle / jar / ointment 🙄) they remain admirably calm and polite. Chapeau for these employees!
