Very customer-friendly woman helped me today (Saturday). Dark eyes with light blond hair to about shoulder length. Too bad I don't remember her name. But super customer friendly! I received a good explanation of the benefits of a customer card. & I finally had my Lancome Idole fragrance :) love you if you read this!

Staff very nice and helpful, however, when handing in a gift voucher of 50 euro, the policy is that no credit is returned by means of a voucher. I had articles for 42 euros. Very poorly arranged so buy no credit coupons there because you have to spend everything in one time.
