Very nice and professional company! They have beautiful goods of good quality and the service is excellent, they are always ready to give advice and tips and a visit to this place is well worth it.

Since the Facebook page was removed after my posted review, I feel compelled to share my experience here. We recently requested a quote for the construction of a plunge pool, outdoor shower and deck. To my surprise, I received an e-mail in which, without questions, it was immediately stated that van Haneghem did not want to do this because this is not seen as a total project. When I asked what a total project is, I was told that this is the design and construction of a total garden. Since I do not find this very concrete, after all, a city garden is 20 square meters and a garden in an outdoor area can be hectares in size, I asked for more clarity. The response was only sighing. Since we have a large garden in which some things have to be realized, we were quite willing to outsource a little more. But well with this attitude we did not feel like it. When I asked if I could only order that bath from them, the response was also irritated. She would ask me one more time ... well, never mind. What an arrogant and hautaine institution yuck!
