Mooie showroom met heel veel keuze. Voor elk budget is er wel een loungeset ;). Goed geholpen door de medewerker met advies over de aankoop.

Indeed bad service for expensive garden furniture. A lounge set and dining table with woven chairs, 6 pieces, bought and within 3 years 2 of the chairs the wicker piece. Just cracked. While chairs are swinters inside. The guarantee had expired and I had to push hard for a compensation, in the end I got 60 euros per seat and find out something there (difficult when the prices were well above 60 euros). Now after another year, the otherwise 4 will also show cracks and cracks. Quality, price and service are hard to find here, don't go back with this 4. Last time they thought I should go to the bakery, because then you had a chair for 60 euros. They are right, you can also buy new ones every 4 years, but you know why.

Last year bought a lounge set (over € 1500) in Alkmaar. The lounge set itself is fine, but I am concerned with the cover (€ 105). This is much too large, see photo, therefore it is impossible to ventilate under the cover. (Also on the side) The wind does not get underneath. I went back to the store because my cushions started to mold, the cover also started to show signs of wear. I was heard but had no intention of doing anything about it and they had never heard of mold on the pillows. Just contact customer service was the advice, and I could leave again. Finally received a bottle of (poison) mold cleaner from customer service. Buitenhof would rather send a bottle of poison if they acknowledge their mistake. I still have a cover that is many sizes too big and I am not going to accommodate me anyway. People think carefully if you buy an expensive garden set here, and yes of course the sellers are friendly but realize that there is little or no service provided.

We bought a garden set 3 years ago, we turned out to have damage (possibly due to our rabbit) had contact with Buitenhof, mrs. told me that our garden set was no longer available and she no longer had a braid behind to repair the furniture. In the end she did her best to find the same color wire for us and to send it free of charge. Very nice, our garden set looks neat again and the rabbit is no longer allowed to loose :-)

A nice company where you have the freedom to browse around. There is therefore a large collection of garden furniture.
