Good quality of the products, but extremely poor customer service, late delivery (4 weeks later than agreed date), no attention paid to the house sketch and measurements (which we presented upon ordering) and thus, we could only accept the order partially and had to pay a "fine". Very inflexible in finding a solution to help us get the full order!

Interest free buying promotion is not real without costs.

i was buying stuff from seats and sofa from just next door to woonsquare in alkmaar . i just went to check the woonsquare and the sales woman was so helpful and her customer care was awesome 👍🏻.... fullmarks to staff. really nice to get help and information even we dont speak dutch and she help with english speaking , just super service .... great shop ,

We have bought a sofa and chair. The service in the store was excellent, until something is wrong, then nobody gives home anymore. Just after the expiration of the warranty, the chair starts to collapse. They also note that but immediately indicate that the warranty has expired and we can hire a technician, but that will cost € 300.00. Not much later an accident happened with the bank. Insurance has been added, but instead of being able to repair it, it appears that the material type is no longer available ..... So we have to buy new stuff. I am Woonsquare and I ask to cancel the mechanic and to refund the money, because they can no longer deliver the materials after 2.5 years. The answer from customer service is ..... No way. you will get a yellow money back. This was the first and especially the last time that we bought something from this store with a customer series without any form of empathy and customer friendliness. We will also challenge this through the court if necessary
