Onbeschofte manier van handelen door de opzichter. Monteurs doen hun best maar puur geldklopperij met spullen die niet voor elkaar zijn.

Neatly take your time, unfortunately the market is ws. at the moment such that a budget lower than 15K is not interesting enough for the seller. The announcement that this was "mainly a result of our wishes" did not come across as customer-friendly. Alternatives were not suggested. It also surprised us that we had to go for more expensive equipment and that the entry-level equipment (which is also sold) was discouraged. This with the statement "we only have trouble with that". All in all, a very disappointing experience and a waste of our time. At the moment we have scored a full kitchen with all the desired amenities for 9.5k elsewhere. So if you shop smartly, it can be quite economical. I do not recommend a visit to this location for anyone for the time being!

Customer friendliness is hard to find, a lot of shouting from the owner that you should put on a mouth mask and make an appointment. All other kitchen stores in Alkmaar are customer-friendly. Therefore this is not a recommendation.

Beautiful showroom. Lots of separate kitchens. Little immediately observable price indication. Be aware of the extras in price and limitations. Do not connect electricity.

Wide choice and a well-informed salesman mr. Buhre, gave very good advice and looked at what I needed During installation, the furnace was found not to work. Etna was not very easy to dissolve. Mr. Buhre personally came to bring another furnace. A nice solution. Recommended in service!
