A very bad pharmacy .... prescriptions are not good or never arrive while it will arrive at another pharmacy. Never available on the same day and most staff are sour. Customer friendliness is hard to find. Today I was registered again at my previous GOOD pharmacy RIJKEN on the Spinozaweg in Rotterdam.
Very unfriendly on the phone by employee Nicolette, did not want to call the doctor for not receiving a prescription because it was far too busy and they had very few staff. Dear employee, as a nurse in healthcare, I usually face shortages, but I will never speak to people in this way.
And again it was a malfunction I couldn't do anything about it. Sorry but you should be ashamed of yourself.
Very unfriendly and impatiently helped. No coincidence, had several times.
Pin app of the delivery service does not work, they take the medication with them. You can make it 2 km away, with a customer of 83 years
Bad pharmacy. Very difficult to reach by phone, forgetting to deliver recipes. You must be able to rely on a pharmacy and that is clearly not the case here
