My ankle strap torn while playing football and called if they had a gipshoes for showering. They had this in stock and came to bring it themselves, because I have trouble walking. Top service!

Rigid attitude, not very flexible. While medication is in stock, it is not necessary for a repeat prescription. To whom are you going to sell that medicine 10 minutes before closing time? More flexible would have been to give something for 1 or 2 days instead of coming back tomorrow while you are without it. Reference is then made to obligations imposed by health insurers. Called my health care provider. He indicates that whatever agreement there is, that this cannot be the reason for not giving anything at all, it also finds a very rigid attitude.
