We have been a customer of the Hof van Putten pharmacy for 32 years and are very satisfied! Friendly and very pleasant staff and the ladies (also by telephone) give excellent explanations about the medicines and their effect. In addition, I myself (I use a lot of different medicines) was invited by the pharmacist himself last year for an extensive discussion about my use of medicine and whether changes in the composition and numbers could be useful. After this conversation, the pharmacist shorted some things with my doctor. Verily ........ an excellent care provider that I and the rest of our family are very satisfied with.

At this pharmacy I always have to pay for my medication and I always only get 1 / 3rd of what has been prescribed. Only at this pharmacy. They also do not have a modern linked medical system for which you must give permission so that they have all the data that is relevant for the insurance ...

Very poor guidance by the phone. Friday 09-Apr-20 I called at 7:06 pm and clearly asked: - I have a repeat prescription for my foot, I need to take my medicine today. how does it work if i can't find my repeat recipe. - ANS: If you cannot find a prescription, you must call Huisartsenpost and have a prescription sent to us and you can pick it up here. - I called HP and they sent prescription to V. Puten pharmacy. In the meantime I have found my repeat recipe. at 9:50 am i go to this pharmacy i give my prescription and to my surprise: - ANS: - Unfortunately I cannot give you medicine !!!!!!! You are in pain and now this answer. after quite a discussion she says: - I'm not going to help you !!!!!! And when you get angry she says: - Sir can I help other people !!!! It's my turn and I need help and if you stay she says: - Do you want to stand outside the room because of "privacy" for my next customer. !!!!!! I finally called 112 POLICE for my medicine and waited a long time. With the arrival of the police finally at 11:15 am I got 3x loose tablets. Police officer gave this to me. !!!!! In these difficult times: Called 1-hp and of course the whole team was busy with this. And this is also declared to my insurer of course !. 2- 112 called POLICE and sent a unit to this conflict. 3- Almost 4 hours of time wasted. She might as well say at the beginning (at 7:06 PM): NO REPEAT RECIPES may be collected from us! And then another weird act: She kept my original recipe with her and gave me a copy !!!. This is apparently not common! When I visited my own pharmacy for the repeat prescription the next day, the employee asked for the original prescription !!!!. I said the night pharmacy has it and gave this copy to me! She said “it shouldn't be that way. They should have prescribed a new recipe for you “!!!! . I have to be lucky that I have my medicines. I think she might make it difficult. She also speaks of Privacy. I find the automatic sliding door that opens and closes with a small movement absolutely difficult to use for Privacy! I must assume that someone who speaks to people with all kinds of health conditions at any pharmacy in a district / village / city must not only be highly educated, but also well trained. They should have said clearly at the beginning (7:06 pm): 1- We are night pharmacy and we are not used to REPEAT RECIPES! 2- Is it urgent? then you must call HP for an EMERGENCY RECIPE FOR SINGLE TABLET for bridging until next day that you can be helped at your own pharmacy. She should have said CLEAR at the beginning these two golden tips. On the one hand they want to make money and on the other hand they pretend that they are only rushing !!!!!
