At € 19.83 in medicines, € 32.88 is charged for "follow-up issue and first issue with accompaniment" !!!. While I have had those medicines before. I went to ask if they think this is normal, I got as answer that they are legally obliged to calculate and that they cannot change anything about it..It was more than a year ago that I had taken these medicines and then they 'have to' calculate that..I think it is a strange story and that while nothing is explained at the time of issue, which is not necessary for a repeat recipe !! I think that supplement is unacceptable and disproportionate, and it is partly for these kinds of reasons that we pay ourselves poorly on health insurance ... Today second 'experience: ... I receive an email this morning that there are medicines ready to be picked up (with collection code) Once there, the collection screen does not work, code passed at the counter, nothing appears to be ready. " passed away "... All very clumsy.

I picked up medication from the pharmacy this afternoon. There were only 4 people before me, but the waiting time was staggeringly long. About 20 minutes, all for two customers. And only two counters were open. After these two customers, who each kept an employee of the pharmacy talking for about 20 minutes, I was quickly helped.

Excellent service and an excellent repeat medication service that you can receive directly with a collection code or outside via the machine. Staff friendly, patient and helpful.

Service Pharmacy should only put a pharmacy in the name. For the umpteenth time the delivery is not agreed. After exchanging information by telephone, I was at the pharmacy to pick up the order. Turned out not yet in stock and still had to be ordered. At the same time asked if my wife's medication could also be done immediately. They would do that. Today my wife and I each received a collection message. They pick up for inside and I for the machine. Been in first. Went well. Then the machine; it turned out that only 1 medicine was present. Back inside. The other medicines were still there. It is possible to work much more efficiently and that immediately removes the irritation.
