I have previously posted a review about this aphoteek. But months later I started to think differently. The staff is often very friendly helpful. And do not be difficult at all if, due to circumstances, you come to medication earlier than the scheduled times. I think it has changed very well in a positive sense, so I give them 5 stars!

Lousy pharmacy. You have to pay € 7 per prescription as pharmacy costs because a pool in poor Dutch will read the package leaflet to you. Even if you have already gone to get it for the umpteenth time because you have chronic complaints. Furthermore, you have to pay an absurd amount during the weekend (Saturday morning) if you are unable to pick up something during the week. This pharmacy literally pulls the money out of your wallet. 1 star for the small proportion of employees who think along with you and simply follow the instructions of the employer.

What a worthless pharmacy, always accusing the doctor while they themselves have their affairs in order. Been several times after a few hours because it is never finished after 10 minutes as they say and even then I sometimes have to wait days for it to finally arrive. Belabbert hopefully this will soon be taken over by a better corporation

Very unsatisfied, how much effort you have to make to get a prescription. And then just crystal clear in your face and lying on the phone as well. Make false accusations to general practitioners. Hope that something will be done about it because you can't treat people like that.
