Staff not very bright, we had to wait 15 minutes for a man to get the goods I wanted to buy. The carton (packaging) looked as if someone had opened it 50 times. One big chaos in the store itself, all looking like an old warehouse.

What a mess there, it looks like a sheltered workshop. People who are disinterested and sigh hard when they have to put a box in the car. And a mess on the floor, they don't have a vacuum cleaner I think ...
