Nice showroom and clear communication. Lots of choice and good material. You also receive solid advice when they come to measure the kitchen. I absolutely recommend this. I have read the other reviews on this platform. I think this company is definitely trying to solve cases if there are any problems. Do think that some people should not post a review if they do not know about it. For example, tilting a sink seems almost impossible to me, tilting a kitchen is very likely! If you set your own kitchen, it must be level. Oh yes, IKEA worktop is equally expensive. And then you have less choice, no measurement (and therefore no advice at home about the installed kitchen) and no installation and finishing. So I say well done!

Teken niet voor ontvangst, bij beschadigingen! Vorige week zaterdag is ons werkblad zoals aangekocht bij 123werkbladen bezorgd. Het blad werd gebracht door twee aardige poolse jongens, het blad wat werd geleverd was echter wel erg vies (Lees veel bruin stof op zwart blad). Dus wij zijn gelijk bij levering het blad gaan schoonmaken. Kwamen wat schades tevoorschijn die gemeld zijn bij de chauffeur, die gaf aan dat wij even contact moesten opnemen met 123werkbladen, dit hebben wij gedaan. Eerste instantie kregen wij een schoonmaak instructie (schoonmaken met cif en schuurspons) die we hebben uitgevoerd. Helaas bleven de plekken zichtbaar. Nogmaals contact opgenomen met 123werkbladen, geven zij aan dat wij de pakbon hebben getekend en daarmee aangeven dat er geen krassen op zitten. Terwijl dit wél besproken is met de chauffeur. Zoals aangegeven aan 123keukenbladen om langs te komen om te zien dat het blad exact op de plek staat zoals geleverd, maar ze willen het niet oplossen. Wij hebben ''getekend'' dus dat is voor hen voldoende.. Het blad werd overigens zonder verpakking vervoerd en geleverd waardoor deze schade waarschijnlijk is veroorzaakt. Wij hebben 123werkbladen nu aantal keer gesproken om de fout op te lossen. Helaas willen ze niet langskomen of iets oplossen. Klantenservice echt een dikke 0. Het bedrijf heeft ook geen CBW keurmerk, mocht je hier iets gaan bestellen, teken zeker niet de bon bij schade. Garantie is dat ze het niet oplossen ;-) De oplossing die wij overigens ook kregen was om het via de inboedelverzekering te verhalen, de schade die door hun eigen toedoen is veroorzaakt....

A top experience with 123 worksheet. For our new kitchen we doubted for a long time whether we would go for an Ikea kitchen because the Ikea worktops could not meet our wishes. Ultimately, therefore, we chose to order an Ikea kitchen and order the worktop from 123 worktop. Best decision ever! From the beginning, we thought along very well, kindly helped with the questions we had and we are very happy with the beautiful worktop that has recently been mounted. Our kitchen (with a large cooking island of 120 * 240) looks really fantastic thanks to the great worktop! The assembly went perfectly. We still enjoy it every day. Thanks Team 123 Worksheet!

DO NOT BUY HERE! Update! 13.2.2021 Still nothing heard or seen via 123 worksheets. Responding to a bad review is apparently more important than simply solving a problem. The crane we would get as written under our previous post has still not been delivered. This company does not excel in service. They do not call back, nor respond to emails. The advice was to contact the manufacturer, in other words find out yourself! That was different during the purchase of the accessories. During the purchase of the kitchen worktop and accessories, everything went very smoothly and easily. Unfortunately, the assembly was not done as agreed and the quality of the items supplied is of very dubious quality. For example, the paint of our tap starts to peel off after about 6 months. The most annoying thing is that no solution is offered to the problems. They are inaccessible and do not or hardly respond to e-mails. In short, I would strongly advise against this company!

2 months ago we went to the Showroom to select a magazine, we were helped very friendly and everything was clearly explained, we then had a quotation made and based on that we decided to purchase the magazine here. no down payment to do here and could pay on the spot after placing, top. 2 weeks ago they measured the sheet and we received the definitive quotation the same day, which corresponded to the previously prepared quotation. Today our magazine was posted, friendly technicians and arrived at us nicely on time. Top is perfectly placed and finished. Very satisfied with 123 worktops, well served from A to Z and a competitive price. Really recommended.
