My wife and I entered Poppeliers and were kindly greeted, something that Eijerkamp in Veenendaal can learn from! We described our situation and Frank showed us a variety of sofas. Sit comfort, style and longevity were on our lists. Frank gave us numerous tips concerning our lifestyle , colors, and size of room. We did not want to buy this evening, but Frank gave so many tips and spent time with us ( 2 hours) , we wanted to just buy it from his company! We left with the trust that it will be an amazing sofa we will be sitting on in 3 months! Now with have to prepare our living room! Service, costs and expertise is great!

Non-existing offers on the website Today November 16, 2020 to the shop. There were offers on the website. Autumn action. Seller's response: we do not maintain the website. They are outdated models. A very special way to attract customers to the store. One-off because don't go there anymore.

What a bad experience! Bought corner sofa. This will be delivered but is half way. This has been made in the meantime, but with only some support wood. In addition, bought a table with steel legs. We receive wood. That cannot even be solved properly. They call once with an excuse and then 5 weeks later the supplier is suddenly bankrupt. Very bad service! Do something about it! 6-03-2021. Everything has been resolved, the legs under the table have been replaced. And they exchanged the bank with a new bank! Glad it has now been resolved.

Yesterday our new furniture was delivered, unfortunately two shelves of our cupboard were missing, but this was neatly and quickly resolved, today we already had the missing shelves at home. I would definitely recommend Poppeliers, clear communication, good quality furniture, affordable and very friendly staff (both in the store, the delivery staff, customer service)! Really great!

corner sofa bought from populiers nice talks at the sale come across calmly and neatly but if you have the things in the house and you need your warranty, it all goes wrong the first time the sofa creaked, the mechanic came to 4 weeks, but it has now been solved, the sofa is already cracking 2 been calling for months but you hear nothing more from populiers mister jaap who has to help you then you will not get hold of and then no one knows anything about think next step legal will you be paid a lot of money and you can just as well go well to seats and sofa
