Poor customer service. We ordered a few items and we were not happy with the way they treated us. We lived in Canada before and seldom saw such a poor customer service n Canada.

1 star is too much! Bought 6 chairs online from them and picked them up, so far no problem. After a week the legs break (plastic caps), after a long wait finally contact with them. The answer was never had before, we can send you the same caps or better ones, but they cost € 60. Uhhh what? Never had caps before but caps in stock, in fact even better ones in stock. Typical case of all the lie is still so fast, the truth ...... Of course I will not pay for better caps, I can still expect caps to last longer than a week. So made use of the 14 days return right that is regulated by law. The mail has been read but of course no answer. If you have a hair on your head that wants to buy it there, take my advice and pull it off!

What a lousy place. We have been waiting for the furniture for weeks. The agreed time would come mid-October. Now we received a phone call in early October that the furniture will be coming week 48/49. This is December folks. Are you at home with the loaner furniture and you can do nothing else. Now a little later you will receive a message that the sofa will be delivered earlier when profitable, but will be delivered with the rest of the furniture. Deliver the bank sooner! Not reachable by phone already 4 days 3 times a day, but continuously waiting in a queue for half an hour. A shame for this company because the price and furniture looked nice. Think twice before entering here.
