Just paid the last invoice. Very dissatisfied with this company, nothing but 7 months of misery, were constantly put on the line with one excuse after another. Company started with the bathroom in November, 1.8 x 1.9 m2 and was only ready at the end of May. Every time they had to call everywhere at the back and then promises were made, which were again not kept. And then you are also asked why are you so rude, Mr van den Brink. But of course all this was up to the supplier according to Mr. W. Hardeman, and that is of course possible, but that does not alter the fact that it can be communicated, but feedback or communication is far below par at Hardeman. After insistence they received a compensation of € 150, - but they themselves thought that was not entirely justified because despite the fact that it had taken 7 months, the bathroom was still finished. Company scores far below par for me, and will certainly never use it again despite the beautiful advertisement in the newspaper that they completely unburden you, Empty promise !!

Nice stuff, nice conversation in showroom. Small adjustments were needed at the time of delivery. This was very difficult. Always had to follow everything themselves and it takes a long time before it is finally settled.

Very good experience before, during and after the renovation by Sanidrome of our bathroom and toilet.
