Products look nice. However, a very bad organization. Promised about 6 weeks delivery time and when these have passed you will receive a standard e-mail (you can see that your order number and delivery date are stuck there. Very amateurish). So if you don't want to disappoint your child, buy elsewhere.

We bought the cot Tim in natural for our daughter. It was easy to assemble and looks very nice. Fortunately, we listened to the seller who advised us to assemble the bed ourselves, we wanted to have it done first. It costs 65 € and was really unnecessary. So thank you for this honest advice. 👍🏻 Our girl is satisfied with it too. We are very happy with this bed.

Despite some negative reviews still ordered the bed, we had expected a longer delivery time, because we also wanted the bed in color. On request indicated that it would be nice if it would be on or before our son's birthday, but that was a short day. Ultimately delivered on the birthday itself, so completely great. Bed fine and well put together, quality all right. Slatted base are loose boards, some of which are screwed on. We will replace that one time with an adjustable bottom, but for now completely fine.

Very Disappointing! Bed was to be delivered on Friday, hours in advance the car was canceled due to circumstances (this can happen), agreed that they would notify a new delivery date at the beginning of the new week. In the end, didn't hear from them and I had to find out myself. They cannot be reached by telephone and everything has to be done by e-mail. Today I received the message that the bed was no longer available. HOW? wasn't he already on his way? It could only be delivered again at the end of Sept / beginning of Oct. Since my daughter has been sleeping on her mattress on the floor since Friday (because he would be delivered that day), I asked for my money back. I will receive this within 10 working days. RIDICULOUS! And all this via email, not even being able to make a proper call. All in all a big disappointment because we were so looking forward to the new bed for my daughter

Unfortunately not a pleasant experience. Visited the showroom in mid-July and selected a nice bed. Ordered immediately and would be delivered within 5-10 working days. After inquiring about the status ourselves, we always received a message that the delivery was delayed, because the bed was no longer in stock. At the beginning of September it could finally be delivered, but unfortunately we were on holiday. After the holiday our bed turned out to be handed over to someone else and we were again on the waiting list. The new delivery is not expected until the end of September. In short, 2 months later, no bed yet and very bad communication from Rockwood. After searching the internet found exactly the same bed which is immediately available. N.B. During our visit to the showroom, our 2.5-year-old toddler fell through a loft bed, because they had forgotten to place a slatted base in it.
