Was hesitant because of some bad reviews, but upon arrival in Veenendaal it turned out to be a neat shop with beautiful wooden furniture. Although it seems a bit "afterwards", also because of the location, I am very happy with the purchase. Very friendly staff and also immediately pick up the order at the warehouse behind the store

A cot ordered (marijn). Fast delivery and nicely delivered at the agreed time. T bed is super sturdy and beautifully finished. Does not crack or squeak at all! The assembly also doesn't mean anything. Clear drawing. Really recommended.

Very poor quality picnic table and poor customer service / aftersales Hereby a summary of the defects. See also the photos - Deep cracks in the wood with a high chance that the wood will completely crack - Bite out of the wood with sharp edges. - Nests that emerge with very sharp edges - Nests that are loose and cause holes - Drill holes too small so that the bolts do not fit and you still have to drill the holes yourself - Drilling holes not deburred - No manual included - Of course they have nice photos on their site of their products without cracks, loose knots and nibbles Upon delivery, I immediately saw the defects and stated this on the waybill. Then immediately emailed the customer service and with the accompanying photos. I also indicated that it is not justified to use the i.v.m table in this way. the sharp parts. Guaranteed that someone pulls in his leg or pants. The answer from customer service is that I have to solve this myself by sanding the wood and that the company will not do anything with the defects. And you just have to deal with that. I am very disappointed with MR products and they do not take their responsibility in the event of defects. At least they could have replaced the bad parts. I may return the table but all the hassle and costs that come with it are for me. The company is also not in my area and I do not have a car with a towbar or trailer.
