Last week we ordered our kitchen from Keukenconcurrent Amersfoort. Despite the limitation of Corona (showroom closed) we have been helped very well. Nieky has been to our home several times to show different fronts and worktops and to discuss the kitchen. We changed a lot and often later. He remained friendly and patient, thought along with us and was always easy to reach. Had contact with customer service about the measurement appointment, they were also very friendly and thought along, the time of the measurement was easily adjusted to our wishes. We are really looking forward to our kitchen :)

Bought a nice kitchen thanks to the good help of Nicky. Only now I have received a refrigerator that I did not order and a wrong size extractor hood has been installed and then the head office does not give home and a solution is not offered, but I can call in my legal assistance insurance. I got the fridge and extractor hood as an alternative because our choice was no longer available, with the guarantee that we would get an identical one. Not so. My advice do not agree with any changes or alternatives they offer. GOES WRONG and then you are saddled with things you don't want.

Once signed, no more time is made for you. For changes and questions ect. are you just wasted time and effort! Our ignorance was seen as a discussion. We just wanted clarity, that's not how you treat your customers. We were even asked to leave the store and make another appointment for weekdays ..?

DO NOT BUY KITCHEN HERE !!!!!!! You will be scammed in front of you (especially by Tom Ebbing, so-called branch manager). Never buy your kitchen here and possibly pay a little more for a better service and above all a more respectful treatment. Kitchen ordered here in early 2020, delivered in October. Upon delivery, it turned out that a drawer was suddenly missing and a different type of dishwasher than agreed in the sales conversation. Of course I am also to blame and I should have checked this much better, but the saddest thing is that this has just been adjusted without consultation !!! Every other kitchen business discusses the options with the customer and lets the CUSTOMER choose and respects the choice. That's something they can't do in this case. And the most annoying thing about this whole situation is that when you try to discuss the complaint and issues you are just not kicked out of the store, very customer unfriendly. There is also no participation in any way and no initiative is shown to solve this problem. Customer service also sends you from pillar to post, leaving me with an incomplete, half-damaged kitchen that was not delivered in accordance with the sales pitch. After assembly it turned out that parts were missing and you got a half damaged kitchen with a leak because the mechanic cannot properly connect a pipe as a result of a damaged NEW floor. In short, read this before you decide to purchase a kitchen from Keukenconcurrent and certainly not from Tom Ebbing !! Don't buy a kitchen here!

When after some pushing (phone calls to the director for extra discount but only today etc.) it turned out that we did not want to buy the kitchen the same day but we still wanted to think about it, we did not receive a quote with prices. When we asked for this later, we did not receive it again. It seems that as soon as you do not immediately sign the kitchen after some pushing, there is little attention to you afterwards, too bad.
