Super customer oriented! Boyd has thought along well with creative solutions, getting a clear picture of what we as a customer really wanted and thought was really important. This is how we came to a beautiful kitchen! It was also good to see that the sellers also ask each other for help in order to find the best solution for us. I heartily recommend you to talk here if you really want good help!

Jeffrey, from Tulp kitchens Amersfoort, gave us advice at home for a new kitchen. Thanks to his knowledge, thinking along and good advice, we have been able to achieve something that we initially thought would not work. We have now ordered a beautiful kitchen on demand and look forward to further developing the details when the showroom reopens. The kitchen already meets our wishes, while working well within budget. An absolute must to check out your kitchen (even in these crazy times) at Jeffrey / Tulp kitchens Amersfoort!

We are very satisfied with the entire process from purchase to installation of our new kitchen. We have had several pleasant conversations with René at Tulp kitchens Amersfoort. All our wishes could be realized and the seller thought along well and honestly. After purchase, we were kept well informed by email about delivery and assembly. During the renovation and preparing the space by our contractor, we had several times in contact with Tulip kitchens about the necessary connections. We were served quickly and professionally. The delivery and installation of the kitchen also went well. We have received a beautiful kitchen that meets all our needs!

Extensive showroom and very friendly and knowledgeable help with choosing the right kitchen. Very satisfied with the way of selling. Beautiful and very solid materials!

What a super-bad after-sales service. The kitchen we have selected is beautiful. Also great help in the store. Not much can be said about that. The editing also went well. But then came the after-service. During assembly there appeared to be damage to a cabinet, but it would be delivered afterwards, just like the luxurious interior fittings they had forgotten to deliver. No problem, we thought. It is a pity that we have to wait more than 3 (!!) months for that, but we understand that it is busy and that Corona does not make it easier. Even worse was that the two tall cabinets, ordered later, each had 2 doors instead of 1 door. These cabinets were exorbitantly expensive compared to the rest and therefore turned out to have 2 instead of 1 door at a very special height. Tulip said they indicated this in the drawing. There was indeed a light line in the digital drawing, but no dimensions to clarify this. We asked for a high cupboard, which is next to the refrigerator, which also has 1 high door. Then you do not expect 2 doors. The expert, Tulp, should at least tell you this, I would expect. Also in the accompanying specifications or explanatory notes or similar. this was not mentioned. Discussion back and forth, but okay, we would pay for 2 extra doors at cost price. However, these have still not been delivered and may now be delivered in the 2nd week of January. That is 5 (!!) months after the 1st delivery. Tulip is now very difficult to reach. They hide behind Corona. And there is little customer friendliness and understanding for us, their customers. It's a pity that you are very happy with a kitchen at first, but that it now gives such a nasty aftertaste. There are countless ways to accommodate us a little. We are really not sour people, we can easily be satisfied with an apology, a flower or a small compensation. But none of this and that is a disappointment with a kitchen of € 23,000. We even recommended our friends Tulp, but now I would unfortunately no longer recommend Tulp to friends / acquaintances.
