Meanwhile 15 weeks further and still no closet seen.

After weeks we finally received a confirmation. Called at the end of November, the cupboard was really on its way and should be there before Christmas ... It is now January 2nd, I canceled today. The cupboard would come in 2 weeks, he said, but no communication to us about how long it would take, no contact with us, etc. Communication is very bad, really a shame but we will buy it somewhere else! To get back to your response: There was hardly any communication from your side, and if we contacted us ourselves, we were told every x that it would take another 2 weeks. It would be delivered at the end of September. It is now January, no closet and no communication from you. If we wanted to know something, we had to contact us every x. You act as if there has been much more contact, unfortunately this is not the case. In the beginning you indicated that the delivery would take 8 weeks, it has now been months and still no cupboard. We understand that in connection with corona and other events it can take longer. But in the absence of communication, confidence in your company has been lost. Hopefully you will learn from it and in the future you will ensure that you communicate better with your customers.
