Ordered a desk on January 3, the first delivery date of which would be January 8. Because the 8th would not come out due to work, we met the company with the question whether we could agree on a different delivery date. We were told that my desk could not be delivered until 22 January anyway. First of all, I thought this message was special because when I would place a new order at that time, a delivery date of January 15 was stated. This also checked and we were told that there are delays due to Covid-19. Understandable, of course, but the delivery times as stated are misleading. Explained that I ordered from them precisely because of the fast delivery times. After emailing back and forth, there appeared to be no other option than: wait and see when my chosen magazine would be in stock (term was totally unpredictable) or choose another magazine (not my preference) or cancel the order. Since working from home is disastrous for my body, it is imperative that I receive a desk asap. Because of this we decided to go for the other magazine which should be delivered on the 22nd. Unfortunately there was nothing in it to compensate, no discount, no accessories or other service. Except the message that they would otherwise be at a loss. If that's the case, it doesn't seem like a healthy company to me. Typically a case of 'Once a customer, never a customer again'. Dear owner, here is my response: first of all, I never said that I did not want to receive the agency before January 18th. In fact; the original delivery date was January 8th. Since the delivery date was suddenly January 18 and I just have to go to work (crucial profession) I would not be able to receive my desk. After I contacted to arrange another delivery time, I was informed that no delivery date was known and is not yet available. In addition, I am not angry, but I think it is a pity that there are few options except to choose another magazine. That is actually not what I want, but unfortunately it is no different now. Canceling the order made no sense, because elsewhere it also takes at least 4 weeks until a desk can be delivered. Again, I'm glad to finally have a desk on Friday.

This week I received my desk and chair and quickly put it together! The desk is nice and sturdy and can be easily adjusted in height. Assembly is a piece of cake! I am happy that I can now go to work at home and no longer have to sit at the living room table. David
