Restaurant Rimini Zandvoort

Entering the establishment around 8pm, it appeared we got limited on the choices on the menu (out of stock?). Once ready for dessert around 9pm (closes at 10pm), got told "no desert'). So generous rating here..

The view from the restaurant is amazing! The 'indian' looking Lady is very friendly! The service is fantastic. Why 2 stars? 1 for the location and 1 for the staff! This restaurant is NOT Italian! This restaurant is actually attempting to make some Italian looking dishes. The basics for the pizza, the dough, is prefab. If you look in the Kitchen, you can see an accumulation of pizza bottom directly coming from the freezer. The most of their food is 'ready to use' purchased and not freshly prepared as you could have expected. The name 'Italian' should be protected like a trade mark and gived only to qualified staff and professionals.
