Disappointed, ordered table, stated delivery time and stock item. After ordering and payment, the order was confirmed. Then a few days later an email from a carrier who apparently delivers their articles, to call between 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm the next day for a scheduled delivery date, because the article was ready in their warehouse. What a cumbersome hassle, it could have been a concern in the past, now unnecessary delay. Canceled in consultation with old inn wonen, and still no money back after three days. Now ordered the same table from Naduvi, 49 euros cheaper, and delivered within 1 day, where old inn shouts all kinds of things, and not. Finish, others will make it happen! 1 star for the very bad service!

Table ordered with a steel leg, delivery was very neat, however, when opened, the table leg turned out to contain a dent. (Box was undamaged) After contact I got the following answer "The dent you have observed is something that is very common. This is a characteristic of our steel legs. These are cut from very large plates of steel. Because the paint is not damaged, this is part of the material. There is therefore no guarantee on this. " In the end, the store decided to deliver a new leg, it arrived very quickly and I am now very satisfied with the table itself.

Oak tree trunk table (raw) ordered online. Beautiful, sturdy table with beautifully finished metal legs and exactly meets expectations. TIP: ask for photos via WhatsApp if you cannot view the furniture in the showroom! Chosen for the option "Delivery & Service". They assemble the furniture and take the packaging material with them. However, when the order was delivered, the deliverers were not informed of this. The delivery personnel delivered it neatly, punctually and were also extremely friendly. Obviously understand that they have to stick to a timetable. Speaking to customer service afterwards, was answered immediately and the lady I spoke to was friendly too. Indeed, something had gone wrong and the options were to have the deliverers come back on another day or have the amount of money returned from the delivery service. However, she could not indicate a date and did not know whether this would be for the new year. For this reason I chose to ask for the money back and then assemble it yourself. Although you didn't need any instructions, it took me 1.5 hours to assemble the table with the help of a friend. I think the delivery drivers could have done this in a much shorter time. I also did not have the convenience of having all the necessary materials in possession. In addition, it turned out that the accompanying pressure distribution plates did not fit and so I was only able to use half of it, so I can go back to the hardware store to purchase a smaller size. The table also staggers .. For + - € 700 I unfortunately expected more .. As I mentioned before, I think the top is beautiful and the legs have a nice matte black finish, but the rest was especially stressful.

On Dec 20 we ordered 6 Texas dining room chairs. Because we couldn't visit the store, we scheduled an appointment to make a video call, so we got a much better idea of ​​the chairs, but I still had doubts about the color so we also got a sample of the fabric sent. They were delivered January 4, beautiful color (anthracite) and they are delicious ... very happy with them. Thank you very much for the good service.
