Fine pharmacy. I was served quickly, the employees were professional and took the time to answer my questions.
very bad service, refuse to put medication in a baxter role for my son with autism, because it would cost too much ??? The insurance just pays, so cock story. In addition, the staff are very rude and talk to you like you are a small child. Immediately switched to another pharmacy that thinks along and normally speak to you.
We come from another pharmacy in Zwaag because we were not satisfied there. At the Groote Gaper, friendly staff, with a smile approached, work well at tephelonically. A nice and good pharmacy!
Long wait for help while you are their only customer
Pharmacy "De Groote Gaper" in Hoorn provides excellent care and is extremely lace-friendly. It goes without saying that the pharmacist (s) as well as the employees are very knowledgeable. The approach by the staff present is always friendly and, if necessary, they are prepared to do (much) more than is considered "usual".
