Helpful staff. The young blonde girl could be mistaken for an American. She is the most helpful of them all. She called my doctor to get a refill order, which is what an American pharmacy would normally do. I was quite surprised. But she was the only one who ever does it. Ha ha! The rest will just say “there is no prescription.” 😁

Very bad pharmacy. Give unsolicited overpriced medication. Without consultation, as soon as something is not in stock, a drug is prescribed which is 3x as expensive. When you call about that, you are brutally addressed and they think you should not nag. I will soon look for another pharmacy !!!

During the corona crisis in which we are now, they have clearly shown what kind of non-communicative and customer-friendly mess it is there. Staff who have a cold behind the counter (no joke), do not report that they suddenly close at noon so that you are standing in front of a closed door, no gel for the customers, but behind high glass. I am completely done with this pharmacy.
