Very clear branch for Kruidvat concepts. Staff is very varied with regard to customer-friendliness. One would rather be lazy than tired and the other super helpful. Folder promotions are already on the shelves 1-2 days before the start date. The ranking should be 2.5 because 50% is 100% customer oriented and the other 50% is 0.0 customer oriented.
