Fast service, friendly service

Very annoying can almost never deliver and always has to order and maybe deliver the next day. Seems unacceptable that they are not being delivered. Reason? Other pharmacies simply stock the medicines. Have to move to the "care center" First make sure that everything is in order and then see if you can move. Megalomania is not a village in Hoorn.

Always had good experiences until the past 3 months. Always orders incomplete or not getting medicines. Now for the umpteenth time no complete order. Calling about it will get a very unfriendly owner on the phone. Customer friendliness is not even there. Medicines were not delivered because I have yet to have them. After explaining why you get big mouth that he is ready with people who keep returning pills. Only when I have my last morphine patch can I order and I do not get earlier. So order again on Monday .....
