Buying the kitchen went fine, but the team is not really solution oriented! I have been back a number of times to change things, but according to them that was no longer possible. I just had to do it!
Fortunately, they employ top engineers and they eventually solved my problems. I am not going back to this branch, because the service and the willingness to put some energy into a solution is hard to find.
Friendly and clearly helped, also came up with solutions.

A switch of a light bulb was broken. 1 phone call and no problem. A technician installed a new one. Who worked very nicely and put everything back in order. Good service.
It's ridiculous to assume that you get a kitchen with a 50% discount. It is a sacrifice from your customer. 50% is also on the expensive side for such a kitchen.
