For our new kitchen + utility room we started inventorying at many kitchen stores. You buy a kitchen with sense and feeling. From the first moment we entered Sense Kitchens and met Wouter Stam, we immediately had a good feeling. Incidentally, also with the other employees. Wouter understands business and can empathize very well with customer needs. Despite the crowds, the time is extensively taken to achieve the best result. He even went to our house to discuss matters. In the quotation process we got a better feeling, we thought along well down to the last detail. Openness and transparency was also given in the quotation. We worked well with the contractor in order to avoid surprises. After we placed the order, we were kept informed. The delivery was fulfilled perfectly as agreed and the assembly went entirely according to your wishes and the quality is simply top. The aftercare (such as skirting boards that still had to be adjusted) went very well. The customer is king, that's how we really felt, where do you still find that today?

Beautiful kitchen and above all: nice service! Almost 4 years after installation, the boiling water tap was broken. Manufacturer (Franke) did not immediately pay for repair costs, but Sense solved this in good contact asap! Recommended.

Neat kitchen case where we were helped nicely. We had made an appointment and passed on our wishes. This was neatly processed in a 3D drawing and then we received a quote. No aggressive sales techniques and also no end date on quotation. We have not made a decision yet because the renovation must become concrete.
