Good store for household items
If you need something there you will find it for sure
Ply wood stuff at low cost and a lot of discounts. If you like it cheap and don't mind the lack of quality, this is the store fit you. That is until Hoorn gets an IKEA ;-)

On November 15, I ordered 3 curtains from Kwantum Hoorn.
After 93 (!) Days still no message was received and I had to find out for myself that 1 of the 3 curtains had disappeared spontaneously.
Eventually called at least 10 times with the branch manager John to solve this but without result.
In the meantime I also heard nothing about the curtains that were there and I had to arrange everything myself.
After I picked it up still no notification of the disappeared curtain and was personally told by John to wait for my money until the shops reopen (no specific date to be mentioned)
Finally, with a lot of pain and effort 105 (!) Days after my first order I was able to place a new order for the missing curtain through John.
Given the progress of my first order, I have little hope that this will go well.
In terms of service, I give this company a 0.0 since I had to go after everything myself and no initiative was shown. I understand the circumstances and have therefore let it take a little longer, but this is the last straw for me.
