We have now been waiting 9 weeks for a bed that would have a delivery time of 4 weeks. Communication is also very difficult. 3 weeks ago it was indicated that the bed would be sent directly from the producer and that we would receive a tracking number that same week. We still have not received this tracking number. Be careful with ordering and paying in advance at this webshop. We are still waiting for a bed that we already paid 9 weeks ago. The bed was ordered and paid for on September 13. So we are indeed in week 9 after placing the order contrary to what the owner claims below. In the meantime, we are still 3 weeks further and we do not have a bed, no tracking number and even no insight into a delivery date.

Called yesterday (8-12-2020) for a baby room and delivered today (9-12-2020). Communication was fast and good. Friendly delivery person. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from Tom and Lilly! Previously ordered the relevant cot from another seller (segment: larger baby shop), but the delivery time kept increasing (+10 weeks) and communication was difficult. After contacting Chiel from Tom and Lilly, the same cot was delivered within 1.5 weeks. Fine, personal service and communication couldn't be more customer-friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this webshop within my network! Thanks again.
