Apotheek De Ring B.V.

I have been a customer here for a long time because this pharmacy is closest to my doctor. Went here this morning to pick up the recipe for a loved one. The desk lady reported that I was at the wrong pharmacy. I asked nicely to check this, last time there was also a mistake at Apotheek de Ring. But the lady firmly denied. When I contacted my neighbor by phone for proof of the referral, I was urged to be out in the cold, despite the fact that there were no other customers both inside and out. With the referral in hand, I entered again, to which the lady indicated that the referral may be correct, but she does not have it. She also thought that I could "drive on to the hospital pharmacy", so that there was actually nothing to worry about. I have indicated that this treatment is very annoying because it was the 2nd time in a row that this pharmacy has things not in order, claims the customer is wrong and persists and puts the customer out and no word of excuse or sorry for the inconvenience if it turns out to be wrong). I also prefer to avoid the hospital during these times of corona. To top it off, the apparent owner wanted to take me out of the pharmacy "if I kept claiming I hadn't been treated properly"! That was the world upside down and downright rude, since I said that I found the course of action extremely unpleasant and I expressed it correctly but clearly. I finally left to hopefully not have to come here again. I also advised my neighbor to switch from a pharmacy. I sincerely wish you another pharmacy for you and your loved ones.

Cried ff. Went medicine to my pharmacy for me. I have requested a repeat prescription by phone. Did not come !! !!! ????? You still have uhm no hear yes you use 1 of 12 and 1 of 25 every 3 days, no 2x 25 and 1x12 every 2 days. That is not really possible. Sorry to call okay. You will not receive them because your doctor must first have permission from now he is Antoni van Leeuwenziekenhuis. Pardon angry called home to AVL should not be angry said madam. NOT OK BEAUTIFUL. You changed my recipe and did not pass it on again. Why does the patient have to figure out and arrange all this. Pffffff. Yep man called he called the pharmacy I get a few plasters of morphine. Super sweet. Lady asked hope you're not mad at me? Really not, you do your job, but if the patient comes in for medicines, please give them 4x25 2x12 and then arrange it further. I am a patient and do not have to be the victim of the fact that yes say it AVL did not pass on the prescription change. It is not the fault of Apotheek de Ring or my all dear GP practice Nota en .... But AVL and go a nice try not to send an angry email that this is no longer possible. 3x already. AVL for the rest your top but communicating with your doctor is so important. Please do it, everyone is happy especially me. Getting zen again thanks to my morphine patches. Love them. X

Helped the most disappointing times. Rather discussion about which medicines may be given, pharmacist plays doctor Nu not given medication (over looked?) And therefore zero improvement in terms of cure. I'm going to switch to another.

After long months of learning to understand the system of pharmacies in Holland, I must say that this pharmacy is a very good one. Nice staff and short waits.
