I come every 2 months to get my medicine package (4 years ago, so it is NOT correct), and the info mail address is not correct ([email protected])?

The staff is very surly, not helpful and when it gets difficult, they hide behind rules that don't exist. They send you to the insurance company, but it says they are the pharmacy's rules. Often there are long waiting times and while you wait you can hear all conversations from all other customers word for word. I switched through.

Lack of privacy. Cramped space with counter without privacy walls. This ensures that you can clearly see the name, address and medication data of others and vice versa. Sometimes grumpy, ruddy and unreasonable figures behind the counter. Not satisfied and ready for transfer.

Extremely busy on Friday, otherwise excellent handling. Medication can only be kept for a short time.
