Bought my bed here about 6 months ago and still very happy every morning! Simon takes a very professional and personal approach to finding the right bed for you. As someone who likes to do a bit of research I was disappointed by most other shops that don't have any real knowledge about beds and sleep. Simon also offers great aftercare if you have questions about the bed.
Return policy is terrible in this shop.
I bought a pillow, it is not comfortable for me and I can not return it.
How people supposed to find pillow or mattress that comfortable for them? If price of mistake is few hundreds euros.
My husband and I bought a bed with duvets and covers at Simon and Annemiek in August 2020.
Recently delivered due to late renovation.
Received good advice from them and we are very satisfied with advice, delivery ect ..

Super service. We have been very satisfied customers for years. After a long time, the lighting under our bed broke. We just got to exchange for another one.
Visited last Saturday for a new bed. And how fantastic we have been helped by Simon, who is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We took all the time and listened to our wishes, he showed us and tested all the options. So you make the right decision yourself and leave the store very satisfied. We cannot wait for our bed to be delivered, but are already very happy with the level of service they provide at Simon de Bruin.
