Do not buy anything from Montel. Service is the worst I have seen in years. When placing the order we stated that we needed the sofa before New Year. Only possible date was 24 Dec. We said, that on that day we will not be home between 9 and 12 and begged to have it delivered in the afternoon. They said they will leave a request with the order. And what do you think they did in the end? They placed the delivery during this time. Specifically during this time, Carl! When called the Client Service, they said that they could not do anything about it. You pay thousands for their sofas and delivery and you get zero service. None!

Rarely experienced such a service-oriented company, neat people with knowledge, had a mini problem with the impregnation, was immediately resolved by Hr Jeroen the next day after delivery Compliment Gentlemen Remco and Jeroen With vrdnk from a very grateful customer The Zandbergen family Noordwijkerhout

Very pleasant buying experience. We visited 3 times and Jeroen took plenty of time and thought along. Again the sofas move another table or another fabric no problem. And every time the tea was ready. Delicious. The bank is not there yet, so I can't say anything about it yet, but this is probably a very good start.

We have purchased a sofa here where unfortunately there was an unevenness in the fabric, we had contact with Remco who responded adequately. Come to a good solution together! All in all a professional company, where service is still of paramount importance.
