Had lots of problems and delays with the backoffice about the technical sheets necessary for a proper installment. The entire process of ordering the worktop and appliances was painstakingly slow. But now that everything is installed I'm very happy with the end result and quality of the equipment (Quooker, Bora). Not sure if I would buy a kitchen from them again though.

Today we went to choose our new kitchen. After three or four shops with nothing we liked we went into Reddy Keukens. We were helped by Marc. What a fabulous experience we had. It was so good watching our kitchen be put together on screen. Marc was very patient. Nothing was too much trouble. Spent lots of time showing us different appliances, different combinations. Excellent service.

Regret as hair on my head that we bought our kitchen from this company. Before the kitchen is installed, you must transfer the full amount. Now I have been looking at a kitchen that is only half finished for 2 months. Aftercare is WORSE than bad. The communication is BAGGER. Promises about calling back and scheduling appointments to finish the kitchen are NOT kept. Save yourself a lot of disappointment and frustration and find another place to get your dream kitchen from.

I feel the need to write a few words about Marc Kersten, the kitchen salesman in Zaandam, who yesterday helped us to make all our wishes come true when purchasing a kitchen. Extremely friendly but not at all conspicuous, with smile and understanding, he answered all our questions and resolved all our doubts. His commitment to help, as a person and not only as a professional, just makes us feel good! We are very grateful to this lovely man for his help and his shown empathy.

Sorry i give 1 star. Come from afar to visit this MEGA store. In short, it was not that big. Certainly not a megastore.
