during the visit to the showroom they are very nice and reasonable, but once the kitchen has been ordered and delivered, the people at the office are not so nice anymore. The kitchen was delivered two days later than agreed. I could still live with that, but it is annoying. Two mechanics would come on Saturday, a trainee and a chief mechanic. Those guys have worked hard and complain about the employer who exploits them. Not really professional. Once the kitchen was installed and the wallcovering composite, my annoyance started. The mechanic has made damage to the wall plate during the sparring drilling, this would be neatly replaced or replaced. Kitchen competitor promises you an allowance of 200 euros that does not make me happy. I buy a kitchen for which I had to pay more than 13,000 euros, then 200 euros change. That compensation is for the incorrect delivery of wall plate that is not in line with the worktop and because damage has been made. And the cooler that is a lot of day. I'll get another one at an additional cost. I thought fine but settle it with that 200 euro voucher, but that was not possible. They have taken 50 euros off. Yesterday, after long insistence, the mechanic came to replace the plate and two strong men could not get it off the wall. They have cut the back seal and the seam. You can guess the record is now loose. As a consolation I would get 100 euros because they couldn't get it done. They have repaired the damage but not replaced the pee. It had to be returned. I neatly signed the receipt but did not know that the record was released shortly afterwards. Because they said that the previous mechanics put it in the kit so well that you will never get it loose again, thought fine then leave it alone. Sent an email this morning. I'm curious what they will come up with now. After being a loyal customer for 14 years, I went blind for a kitchen competitor. Unfortunately a lot has changed in that driving and the people are no longer like they used to be. I advised my friends and acquaintances not to buy a kitchen at this store. I never wanted to share my misery on reviews, but I want to spare the misery that I still experience now.

I received my kitchen on Wednesday. Very happy of course from one problem to another. We assembled the kitchen ourselves. First dried whole new dishwasher is leaking from all sides. When I call you should call corporate office. So I got a faulty dishwasher. Now I am waiting for an appointment to have them repaired. Honor missed 10 handles of my cabinets again referred to the head office ala recently the round filter of the hood is broken. If you want to order kitchen they are super sweet and nice and if you have problems they refer to head office. I wait it out. Because of all the stress that came through the kitchen, I don't think everything is resolved. Too bad I don't want to hear anything from kitchen competitor. When I hear the name, I'm already getting sad. I am not happy with it.

Were not really helped very friendly. You don't come to buy a carton of butter. If you are just figuring it out and someone already asks how long you will be doing, you do not feel really taken seriously as a customer. Also not really helped with selecting equipment. A pity, but it will not be a kitchen at the kitchen competitor

First they deliver a kitchen and they damage a panel then 4 weeks later the wrong panel then comes 3 weeks later the good panel is damaged again very disappointed and worthless I have been with an unfinished kitchen for 11 weeks now and what do I get hear you again just sorry. Sad deeply sad
