It has good quality stuff but the prices are not always good

Bad experience. You are being misled via the website with delivery dates. Ordered today, delivered tomorrow. Then the next day you will be called that the product is not in stock and that I have to wait. After 1.5 weeks finally able to collect my product. Then asked where the problem lies and everything comes through "the head office". I would have found apologies in order. As a customer you have lost me in any case.

A satisfied customer of Expert Purmerend for years. Unfortunately now a very negative experience. Recently bought an iron. This turned out to be as leaky as a basket. So back to the store. I was informed that the iron needed to be sent for repair and that I could pick it up again in about three weeks. I asked if it was not possible to simply get another iron because I had received a defective iron at the time of purchase. Unfortunately this was impossible and they did not start giving money back either. Lost the iron for 3 weeks now. If you buy a product and it turns out to be defective, you expect at least a new one. And you certainly don't expect to have to wait 3 weeks for it to be made. Bad service Expert. Too bad after being a regular for so many years.

Offers in the brochure are not in the store. Can only be ordered. Arrogant waiters. Not helpful.
