This was the only webshop where I could order trusted insulin needles (the rest of the webshops that sell that are either expensive or do not look reliable). That on top of an article of € 20 is of course not in proportion. So I can no longer order here. Very unfortunate because was always satisfied ...
Unfortunately,
I hate ordering insulin needles for my dog.
Then I called after 3 days because it had not arrived where I was first told that it should arrive today with postNL. However, PostNL had already been this day.
Eventually after I had said and there was consultation with several people it turned out that the order must be carried out manually. Unfortunately that is too late because I am leaving the country again.
And this is all reasonable to accept but I received no excuse and not my requested cancellation confirmation. Called back here again, but this turns out to be so difficult that it cannot be done immediately.
Too bad, now I have to reuse needles.
Great web store, wide range and if something is not on it, then an email or phone call is enough to still get the desired product. Prices are just low, the quality is great.
For a colleague and my own company I have been ordering here for a long time and I will continue to do so.
